| In general, high quality black
and white documents can be reproduced very quickly, many
jobs can be turned in just four hours depending on what
is already in the que. Allow additional production
time if color pages are to be integrated into the
document as well as when bindery or finishing is required.
Scheduled jobs take precedence over non-scheduled jobs
and non-scheduled jobs are completed in the order they were
received.
When one of our customers has an emergency, we accommodate
them in every way we can by prioritizing their job. RUSH
jobs often interupt our production schedule and sometimes
we are forced to take in-progress jobs off the table, set
up and produce the RUSH, and then set up the previous job
again. Having to break, set-up and reset-up takes a tremendous
amount of time out of our schedule.
It is important for customers to understand that additional
fees will be incurred when production of scheduled jobs
is interrupted. If we are able to complete the
RUSH without pushing back other jobs, we won't add the RUSH
charges.
Blair completes projects efficiently and effectively, so
RUSH classification will be determined upon receipt of the
job.
